BR 115 in special "80 Years of AutoTrain“ livery. Model with integrated load sensing digital decoder and true to the original sound functions from factory. Metal die-cast chassis. Motor with flywheel. Drive on four axles with two traction tyres. Coupler pocket according to NEM 355 standards with close coupler motion link.
Triple LED headlights and red tail end indicators that change over with the direction of travel.
Since August 2010 the DB runs the BR 115 in special livery "80 years of autotrain“ on the lines throughout Germany. The locomotive is undercoated in anthracite-metallic colour and became popular by displaying an eye-catching red racing car in the style of the 1930s on the sides of the locomotive. The elaborate design of the locomotive was created by Gudrun Geiblinger.
